First Fridays are a time to gather and share – food, ideas, art, gossip. First Fridays is entirely informal: a bring-something-to-share lunch followed usually by some kind of artist presentation.
This month will be a different format in deference to impending summer break (we don’t meet in August) and simply to celebrate summer. We’ll gather at Aller Park (see below) and head out for an informal picnic. Please bear this in mind when choosing what to bring as we’re likely to have limited access to plates, etc. Our guest artist is Raj Patel who will tell us about a creative period that lies ahead.
If summer is not wanting to be celebrated (i.e. it is horrible and raining!) we will adjourn to Studio 30.
